Inside every CAP™ Clean Air Plant and CAP™ Clean Water Plant is a permanent BioStack© Cartridge Element. The BioStack© element features a spiral configuration that maximizes surface area, eliminates gaps and never needs replacement. By effectively coating the entire element with a bio-organic/bio-enzymic film, this active surface digests all types of VOCs and organic compounds, eliminating the contaminants and the odors they create.

The BioStack© configuration creates an electrically neutral "clean zone," which attracts both positively and negatively charged particles. Particles, gases, and vapors are captured in the unit, biologically oxidized by the micro-organisms and their enzymes, and eliminated. Clean air or clean water is released.

The unique combination of the BioStack© Cartridge Element in units that use biological oxidation to treat contaminants in air and water results in small and compact treatment plants that are fast, effective and economical.
